Darling Betsy Johnson whimsical feminine dress in what to me looks like an Indian inspired print in a bright rainbow of colors. Size Small. 100% silk. Pretty sure its 1990s vintage too. Wide scoop neck, capped sleeves with elastic gathered bodice with an empire waist, a wide waistband and then flowy A lined from there. Has a V waistline in back. Just below knee length. This is one of those pretty dresses you toss on, slip on same sandals and maybe some hoop earrings and go.
